Ben has been working in ecological consultancy since 2022, gaining experience across a range of preliminary and species-specific survey techniques, including Preliminary Ecological Appraisal (PEA), bat activity and emergence surveys and Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) assessments. He has a strong interest in botany and holds the Field Identification Skills Certificate (FISC) Level 3, enabling him to deliver accurate habitat classifications and provide robust, informed advice on appropriate mitigation and compensation measures to support planning applications.
