• Tustin Estate, London Borough of Southwark where Greengage provided sustainability, energy, biodiversity and EIA services and support for this community-centred redevelopment of a 1960s housing estate.
• 70 – 80 Lillie Road, London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham where Greengage delivered a range of sustainability services (Passivhaus design, overheating assessment, circular economy and whole life carbon assessment) for the conversion of a former nursery building to 42 homes with community space.
• Exchange Square where Greengage acted as sustainability coordinators for this key public realm regeneration project.
• Great Portland Estate where Greengage set BNG and embodied carbon KPIs as part of the first ever ESG-linked revolving credit facility to be issued by a UK REIT.
• Grosvenor Biodiversity Framework where Greengage prepared an innovative strategy for the delivery of improved biodiversity-linked environmental performance across the business’ standing portfolio, as well as through future development. A key part of future regenerative design.
