• Grosvenor Biodiversity Framework – Greengage developed Grosvenor Property UK’s Biodiversity Framework, an innovative strategy for the delivery of improved biodiversity-linked environmental performance across its portfolio and future developments.
• Landsec Biodiversity Framework – Greengage prepared their Places for People and Nature: Biodiversity Framework, which outlines the approach to delivering biodiversity within new development, connecting the dots between benefits for nature and people.
• Great Portland Estates – Greengage was commissioned to help set a biodiversity net gain and embodied carbon KPI, baseline and strategy. This was incorporated along with one other sustainability related KPI within the first ESG-linked revolving credit facility to be issued by a UK REIT.
• Low Line, Southwark – Greengage was part of the team that won an international design competition to create a green strategy for the Low Line project in Southwark. Our role was to help design and curate the route, incorporating biodiversity and climate resilience into the heart of the project.
• Tustin Estate – Greengage provided sustainability, energy, biodiversity and EIA services for this community-centred redevelopment of a 1960s housing estate.
