Great Portland Estates – Following the development of Great Portland Estates’ corporate social value guidelines, Greengage supported the FTSE 250 property investment and development company to apply them on their New City Court scheme in the London Borough of Southwark.

Waltham Forest town centre regeneration framework – Greengage acted as the social value, sustainability and biodiversity support throughout the creation of a framework for eight sites across Walthamstow.

Swansea City redevelopment – Greengage provided sustainability support to Swansea Council, RivingtonHark and the development team on the Swansea City Centre redevelopment since the concept design stage. The aim was not only to deliver a sustainable scheme that was environmentally sensitive, but a scheme that also maximises the opportunities to benefit the local and wider community.

Exchange Square, Broadgate – Greengage acted as the sustainability coordinators throughout the design and construction of the Exchange Square redevelopment works within the Broadgate estate.
