BREEAM Sustainability Service

As part of our sustainability service, we assess new and refurbished buildings using the Building Research Establishment’s Environmental Assessment Method (BREEAM). We review the environmental and sustainability features of schemes from the pre-certification and design stage through planning to the post-construction stage. Maintaining a pragmatic and commercial stance allows us to add value whilst demonstrating targeted performance. A key element of our approach is the ability to maximise project performance in the Energy, and Land Use & Ecology credits.
