Our in house ‘Suitably Qualified Ecologists’ undertake biodiversity surveys and evaluate the ecological value of sites prior to clearance works. Our enhancement recommendations including appropriate wildlife planting and features to encourage local BAP species to help our clients meet their obligations for BREEAM/CSH. We also work with the design team to provide the necessary professional advice on cost, timescale and meeting planning policy. Our Biodiversity Management Plans provide details for the successful establishment and long term management of habitats and biodiversity features on-site. We undertake site visits during construction to monitor the protection of ecological features and provide bespoke ecology training workshops to construction contractors and site managers. Our Biodiversity Reports are compliant with the CSH and BREEAM Land Use & Ecology credits, plus LEED and CEEQUAL requirements and can be submitted as part of documentary evidence.
