It was great to meet you last week. Provided below is further information on some of the projects we have delivered. We have generally picked those with a west/south west of England and/or heritage focus, given our discussions. Also provided below are details on our services and links to our most recent insights pieces.

• Cheddar, Somerset where Greengage provided ecological services, with a focus on survey and mitigation for greater horseshoe bats, for this 70 dwelling new development.
• Royal Arthur Park, Wiltshire where Greengage provided sustainability, ecological and socio-economic/social infrastructure services for a new care home and supported living development.
• Tustin Estate, London Borough of Southwark where Greengage provided sustainability, energy, biodiversity and EIA services and support for this community-centred redevelopment of a 1960s housing estate.
• 70 – 80 Lillie Road, London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham where Greengage delivered a range of sustainability services (Passivhaus design, overheating assessment, circular economy and whole life carbon assessment) for the conversion of a former nursery building to 42 homes with community space.
• Moulsecoomb Place, Brighton and Hove where Greengage provided biodiversity, sustainability and social value services for this student housing scheme which also included retaining and renovating an existing manor house and tithe barn.
