Maté has worked in sustainability for over seven years and has expertise in planning assessments, rights of light, neighbour impacts and climate-based daylight analysis. She also has strong capabilities in building physics, energy and carbon, and conducts compliance assessments including Part L, Overheating (TM52, TM59), BREEAM, and Whole Life Carbon.
