• Tustin Estate – Greengage provided sustainability, energy, biodiversity and EIA services for this community-centred redevelopment of a 1960s housing estate.
• Waltham Forest – Greengage acted as the social value, sustainability and biodiversity support throughout the creation of a regeneration framework for eight sites across Walthamstow.
• 70 – 80 Lillie Road – Greengage delivered a range of sustainability services for the conversion of a former nursery building to 42 homes with community space.
• Cambridge Road Estate – Greengage led the ecology survey and assessment work to inform the design and planning application for the regeneration of this London estate.
