Greengage are excited to be speaking at Peel Land & Property Green Roofs for Greater Manchester event on Thursday 23rd May at Venus No.1 Old Park Lane, Trafford City.
The event is inspired by the story of how TraffordCity gained its first green roof on the new Kids Allowed children’s nursery. The event invites attendees to join a selection of Green Roof experts to:
- Share knowledge and best practice;
- Learn about current projects in Greater Manchester; and
- Discuss whats stopping a GM Green Roof revolution at scale to improve the city regions air quality, biodiversity, ability to attenuate rainfall and combat the urban heat island effect.
Greengage Head of Ecology, Morgan Taylor, will be talking about lessons learnt and future best practice for green roof implementation using case studies of delivered projects.
