Georgia has over 16 years’ experience in ecology, managing complex projects from bid through to completion. She brings strong organisational skills and a detailed understanding of ecological assessment criteria to deliver appropriate mitigation, compensation, and enhancement measures. Georgia has in-depth knowledge of biodiversity legislation and policy at local, national, and international levels. She has led a wide range of surveys, including UK Habitat, bat, reptile, and great crested newt surveys, and has extensive experience delivering BNG assessments, Urban Greening Factor, and BREEAM and HQM-compliant ecology surveys.
