Francesca has been working in environmental consultancy for over 7 years, specialising in biodiversity net gain (BNG) and ecological strategy. She has experience in advising on large scale complex BNG projects as well as providing BNG training for developers, local planning authorities and consultants. She also provides support for real estate and commercial organisations in the form of design guide and strategy work for their portfolios.
