Emer has been working in ecology for over four years in the UK and Ireland, gaining strong experience in biodiversity net gain (BNG), and various preliminary and species-specific survey techniques. She has a strong interest in ornithology and has project managed numerous bird and bat projects to completion for large scale infrastructure developments, renewables, commercial and residential projects, delivering detailed reports and ensuring smooth client communication.
