Greengage is very pleased to announce the launch of the Concrete and Masonry Pavilion- the Concrete Centre – technical guide to the use of Concrete in BREEAM UK New Construction 2014 (TCC501 – BREEAM Guidance).
Greengage worked closed with the Elaine Toogood (lead author) to provide technical guidance on the BREEAM New Construction 2014 methodology, scoring and ratings systems and BREEAM project lessons learnt with regards to achieving credits with concrete.
“It has been an absolute pleasure to work with Elaine and the CMP Concrete Centre. It was a really interesting exercise for our team to consider how credits could be awarded focusing specifically on concrete. Concrete in BREEAM UK New Construction 2014 is an easily accessible resource, with many good strategies for achieving credits with concrete, including the newly introduced credits in BREEAM 2014.” Ruth Geeson (Associate Partner, Greengage)
