This will look at best practice and practical examples of how the circular economy is being delivered in schemes where key sustainable development principles have been incorporated within the schemes. It will look at the emerging London Plan policy for the aim of referable applications to be zero-waste and what will be included in the Circular Economy Statement required for such applications.
In this talk we cover:
- Design out waste and pollution;
- Products and materials in use (the good and the bad);
- Opportunities for replacement / alternatives; and
- Zero to Landfill options.
