Cath has been working with Greengage for over 6 years to support the learning, development and engagement of our leaders and our teams. She has extensive experience partnering with variety of clients in designing and delivering tailored development workshops to support the strategic direction of an organisation and grow its talent.

Cath has developed our Business Networking Programmes and Management Development Programmes, both of which run on an ongoing basis. She has also been involved in developing our staff engagement survey, onboarding programme, resilience skills during the pandemic and more recently, created learning workshops to support the wider team with time management and managing pressure positively skills.
