Greengage undertook  a BREEAM office assessment for the office element of a commercial development on the Guildford Road, Woking.

The team also advised on a number of ecological enhancement measures to compliment the proposed landscaping scheme, including: Species lists for inclusion in raised beds, vertical climbers and a living roof. Further advice was given on the adoption of measures for encouraging UK Biodiversity Action Plan (BAP) species within the scheme.

Greengage’s recommendations maximised the sustainable benefits at a commercially realistic cost.
