Aiden Dutton

Aiden joined the Greengage nature team in 2026, providing ecology and natural capital services, including field survey, BNG baseline, and protected species work, while engaging with project design teams on green infrastructure.

His background spans architectural practice, biodiversity assessment, and hands-on land management – from calculating biodiversity net gain on urban ecology projects in London, to managing a sustainable oyster farm on Cape Cod. Aiden brings a design-trained eye to ecological work, grounded in direct, on-the-ground experience, and is particularly interested in nature-based climate adaptation and biodiversity-led public space.
