Crystal Palace Chairman Steve Parish has unveiled ambitious plans to redevelop Selhurst Park, creating a new Crystal Palace for a new era. Achieving BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ with a Post Construction score of 87.69%, Tolworth Premier Inn is now the second highest BREEAM certified hotel, following Greengage’s earlier success with St Martin’s Lane hub by Premier Inn Hotel. Late on Wednesday evening last week at Lambeth Town Hall, planning permission was granted for Metropolitan to undertake the £1.6bn redevelopment of Clapham Park in South London.
