The Environmental Agency has rereleased the latest guidance manual for the CRC EES Phase 2. Updated to reflect the agreed position on EU ETS installations, this guidance manual aims to help participants comply with the CRC Energy Efficiency Scheme Order 2013 and Phase 2 which runs from 1 April 2014 to 31 March 2019.
