Plantation Wharf

Greengage managed a multidisciplinary team of consultants to address planning, discharge planning conditions and achieve a variety of consents and licenses, including Environment Agency Flood Defence Consent, Port of London Authority Dredging and Construction Licences and Marine Management Organisation Piling, Dredging and Construction Licenses, for a proposed house boat and Thames Clipper river bus stop in Wandsworth.

Greengage undertook the technical ecological impact assessment and produced detailed mitigation plans and Construction Environment Management Plans. Other technical assessments managed by the Greengage team included hydromorphological, archaeological and landscape and visual impact assessments. Planning consent was successfully achieved and all environmental conditions discharged. Construction began at the site in December 2014 and is due for completion in 2015.
