Oyster Wharf

Greengage was able to demonstrate that a formal Environmental Impact Assessment was not required as a result of conducting a detailed screening study.

The team’s thorough understanding of the requirements of the statutory authorities enabled the scope of works to be focused on a limited number of key issues. Greengage not only coordinated a detailed ecological survey and assessment of the foreshore, but also undertook a Sustainability Assessment for the car free residential scheme.

Greengage also project managed other consultants who undertook detailed flood risk assessments, river wake analysis and river hydraulic modelling to address concerns of the Environment Agency and the Port of London Authority.
