105 Sumner Street & 133 Park Street

Greengage were commissioned to provide sustainability coordination and services for the office development between Sumner Street and Park Street in the London Borough of Southwark.

The development consists of the demolition of the existing buildings and redevelopment to provide two office buildings up to ten storeys high, with a landscaped courtyard and retail kiosk in the central area between the buildings.

Greengage provided sustainability advice by formulating a sustainable development brief for the project and guiding the project team on strategies and features to implement within the design. A sustainability statement and BREEAM pre-assessment were also produced for the planning application using information from the sustainability brief developed.

Greengage also carried out habitat surveys and provided ecological design advice for a living roof on the office blocks to improve the biodiversity value of the proposed development.
